An Asian company enlisted the help of Velior to translate an intellectual property (IP) & technology agreement from English into Russian. This contract covered IP, technical, and strict confidentiality requirements and was designed to engage a contractor from Russia.
Because the client wanted a bilingual version of the translated contract, we prepared it for translation in a specific way. As a result, the final document had the English and Russian paragraphs neatly facing each other, allowing both signing parties to navigate it easily.
