Investors Guide

Velior is open to any Russian or foreign investors. We consider each investment case on an individual basis and respect our investor's needs. Below are the basic investment regulations:

1. We accept investments starting at 500,000 RUR or 15,000 EUR.
2. We offer an average ROI at 15-18% as recounted to RUR.
3. Cooperation procedure:

   Upon receipt of the investor's request, we provide a package of the corporate documents, financial reporting, business plan for the current year or the period covered by potential investment. With general issues agreed in written form, we meet investor in person to clarify any remaining issues. Finally, we enter into the investment agreement.

4. Main criteria for investment payback:
   • business plan completion, or
   • achievement of specific investment-related goal
   • 3. providing a limit to return the investment to investor due to failure to use it.
